In addition to the self-control plan based on the application of the H.A.C.C.P system (sanitary controls required by law),
Pro Sus has chosen to voluntarily strengthen its hygienic health self-control system,
implementing the certifications for quality and safety food system:
UNI EN ISO 22000-2018
FSSC 22000
Similarly, the Cooperative has chosen to voluntarily certify itself
for organic meat production, obtaining the BIO certification.
Furthermore, the Company is certified for NON GMO meat production.
The company, in its meat processing plant, has V-LABEL certified a range of its products.
Paying great attention to the themes of Animal Welfare, as well as complying with European standards on the matter,
ProSus has been positively qualified by the Winterbotham Darby institute for Animal Welfare.
With regard to respect for the environment, the Company operates
in accordance with the environmental authorizations A.I.A / A.U.A.
In terms of hygiene, health and safety and at work, the Company has adopted the Organizational Model ex 231
and a Code of Ethics.
